From Thursday 26 March, we have stopped all non-essential face to face meetings and appointments. To ensure that we can continue to support you during this challenging time, we will be offering you a range of Teletherapy options to help you stay connected and maintain your health and wellbeing.
What is Teletherapy?
Teletherapy uses a range of technology such as email, video conferencing, video chat such as ZOOM and phone calls or a combination to deliver your service. You can access services wherever you are located and importantly, you don’t need to have access to the internet to access our Teletherapy services.
How do I access Teletherapy?
You will need to speak to your Therapist or Customer Engagement Coordinator to discuss your needs and what support you will require during this time. They will also talk to you about how you can use your funding to access Teletherapy.
What Teletherapy services can you provide?
We can currently provide:
- Speech therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Social Work
- Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination
- NDIS Planning for Supported Independent Living
